They did an excellent job on the remodel. There subs were very professional, and the forman really knew what he was doing and could think out of the box. I would use them again.

Sham and his crew built an awesome deck and remodeled a basement room. He was neat, timely, and responsive to phone calls and emails. Very easy to work with. He has all my future business.

Sham redid the kitchen but also sheetrock, flooring, and trim in upstairs sleeping loft, plus removing old linoleum and refinishing original wood floors in living room downstairs, redoing stairway and handrail. He transformed our small knotty pine cabin. Was really sensitive about the look and quality of materials, gave us great advice, was a perfectionist on the kitchen tile and trim. Well informed, on budget/on time, brought in other experts to do little details. We couldn't be happier.
